Data we use
We process the destination, dates, preferences and other information you provide to generate and store your itinerary. We also receive minimal technical data needed to operate and protect the service.
Website analytics
We anonymously record page views, link clicks, checkout and sharing actions, public campaign tags, the entry path, referring domain when supplied by the browser and the two-letter country code provided by Cloudflare. We do not store IP addresses or the full referring URL. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Argentina traffic is discarded from website metrics.
Payments
Paddle processes payments as an external provider. TripCanvas does not receive or store your full card number. We receive payment confirmation needed to enable itinerary editing.
Purpose and retention
We use data to create, host and edit trips, handle requests and prevent abuse. Information is retained while its link remains active or as needed to meet legal obligations.
Your options
You may request access, correction or deletion using the support channel in TripCanvas. Deleting a trip makes its shared link unavailable.
